Terms and Conditions

• Free parent workshops - one-off Zoom sessions for parents, no charge.
• Lectures - child-facing broadcast sessions, currently GBP 3 per 30 minutes.
• Power Hours - small-group skill sessions, up to 6 children, currently GBP 15 per child per session.
• 1:1 tuition sessions - one child with one tutor, currently GBP 60 per hour.
• Digital resources - the first Inference Pack is currently GBP 3.

11+ tuition sessions and resources are designed for children in Year 4, 5, or 6 who are preparing for 11+ exams. If you are unsure whether the material is appropriate, email before booking.

• Free parent workshops have nothing to refund.
• Lectures and Power Hours: cancel more than 24 hours before the session for a full refund; less than 24 hours before, no refund.
• 1:1 sessions: cancel more than 24 hours before for a full refund; same-day cancellation with a valid reason may receive a 50% refund.
• No-show without notice: no refund.

Digital resources are delivered by email link or download after payment. There are no refunds once a digital resource has been downloaded, where you have been told this upfront and agreed before purchase.

You are purchasing educational session time and resources. I cannot guarantee a specific exam score, a place at any school, or that your child will pass the 11+ exam.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Existing bookings are honoured under the terms in place at the time of booking.
