• Your name and email address, so I can confirm bookings and send what you need.
• Your child's first name and year group when needed for sessions or resources.
• Payment information through Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
• Newsletter signup details if you choose to subscribe.
• Basic website analytics such as page views, CTA clicks, device/browser information, and broad traffic source.

• To confirm bookings, send session links, and deliver digital resources.
• To tailor sessions and resources to the right level.
• To send occasional updates only where you have agreed to receive them.
• To understand whether parents are finding the free community, newsletter, and workshop routes useful.

I share data only with the tools needed to run the service:

• Stripe for payments.
• Zoom for online sessions.
• Resend for booking confirmations and resource links.
• Beehiiv for newsletter signups and the 11+ Summer Parent Newsletter.
• PostHog for basic website analytics and CTA clicks.

I do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone else.

I keep your details for the duration of your time as a client, plus two years after your last interaction with Ramses Education, unless you ask me to delete them sooner.

• See what data I hold about you.

• Ask me to delete your data.
• Object to receiving marketing emails.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
