I built Agency Method because I kept seeing the same pattern: children who knew the content but froze under exam conditions. Parents spending thousands with no clear picture of what was actually going wrong. Tutors who kept saying ‘more practice’ when what was needed was a different kind of thinking.
Children who learn to think about their own thinking — to recognise why they made an error, not just that they made one — outperform children who simply practise more. This is the foundation of everything I do.
You get a written update after every session. You know what was covered, what to reinforce, and what the next priority is. No black box.
If a target school isn't realistic, I'll tell you — at the start, not six months in. The Gap Analysis exists specifically to give parents an honest picture before any money is committed.
Pay as you go. Sessions are booked individually. You stay because it's working — not because you're locked in.
All sessions run on Zoom. This summer launch is for UK families, so workshop and group-session timings are planned around UK availability.
I work with a maximum of 6 children per group session, and one at a time in 1:1. This isn't a scalability decision — it's a quality decision. After a certain group size, the teaching stops being teaching.
I'd rather run fewer sessions well than more sessions badly.
