Refund Policy

Short version: I try to be fair. If something goes wrong on my end, you get your money back. If you cancel with enough notice, you get your money back.
Free parent workshops
They are free, so there is nothing to refund.
Lectures and Power Hours
- Cancel more than 24 hours before the session: full refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before: no refund.
- No-show without notice: no refund.
1:1 sessions
- Cancel more than 24 hours before: full refund.
- Cancel on the day with a valid reason such as illness or family emergency: 50% refund.
- No-show without notice: no refund.
Digital resources
No refunds once downloaded. Digital files are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law when you have been told this upfront and agreed before purchase.
If I cancel
If I need to cancel or reschedule a paid session for any reason, you get a full refund if you cannot make the new time.
How to request a refund
Email joseph@ramseseducation.co.uk with your name and booking details. I aim to respond within 2 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe.
